About Me

Marshall joined JLL in 2015 and brings 28 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has been involved in over 2100 career lease and sale deals which have earned him a long-standing reputation for success. He has represented wide array of well-known companies including Lowe’s, Walmart, Whirlpool, CN Rail, UHaul, Iron Mountain, Nabors, Pattison Group, Wesco, Halliburton, and Tim Hortons. His exceptional track record stems from his vast market knowledge, strong client relationships and accurate service delivery. Marshall’s professionalism, integrity and experience have enabled him to be recognized numerous times as a top Canadian and North American producer.

Marshall earned a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Saskatchewan where he received All Canadian honors in Football and Track & Field. He is also a former player of the Calgary Stampeders and active member of the Calgary Stampeder Alumni Association.

In his spare time, Marshall and his wife, Sherie, have co-chaired a major fundraising initiative for the Mustard Seed Foundation. The Seed of Hope Gala has raised $1,400,000, supporting the foundation’s vision of eliminating homelessness and reducing poverty in Calgary.
